Violin
Classical education

I started studying violin at the age of 6, and took classical classes until the age of 18. I was in an symphonic orchestra for 4 years, and had some solist experiences. Here is part of a concerto I played with a professional string orchestra.
Amateur certificate
To finish my music school training, I had to give a public recital, which was also examined by two experts. It was the occasion to show my interest in some more jazzy music. One of the pieces I played was this tango from Piaozzola, for which I was accompanied by an accordion, a piano, a guitar and a double bass.
Jazz improvisation
As part of my music school, I had to take music theory classes. I chose to study jazz theory. I learned harmony, and improvisation. After my certificate, I started playing in a gipsy jazz band with a bunch of friends, Gipsy Tonic. Here is our Facebook page.
